Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Arriving late cuts into other clients time slots, so I must be respectful of their time.
I do ask if you have been sick, have a cough or fever or are around someone who is sick to please reschedule your appointment.
